Rhizobia are bacteria that fix nitrogen(diazotrophs) after becoming established inside root nodules of legumes (Fabaceae). To express genes for nitrogen fixation, rhizobia require a plant host; they cannot independently fix nitrogen.[1] In general, they are Gram-negative, motile, non-sporulatingrods.

✔️The sporangia burst to release spores.
✔️Each of these spores germinates to produce a new individual.

✔️During unfavourable conditions, spores are protected by their thick walls until they come in contact with some favourable conditions.....
