In these forest the trees are of 60 m in height.
It has 20 cm of rainfall.
This region is warm and wet throughout the year and has luxuriant vegetation of all kinds- trees,shrubs,and creepers,giving it a multilayered structure.
The trees don't shed leaves.
Animals found here elephants, monkey,lemur,and dear.
the commercial trees are ebony,mahagony,rosew,cinchona and rubber
