The name of that function is "transpose" it is used to transfers row data in to column and also the vice versa . For this , first of all select all the data  you
want to transfer in to row to column  or column to row and press Ctrl + C after that select data where data is supposed to paste And select transpose. In this way you can transpose a data of the choice. This is the special function used in Ms excel.
