What an interesting question---- Female baby girl who has just born has 1 to 2 million "eggs" but she loses most of them through a process called "ovarian Follicle atersia" so that by the time she hits puberty, she will only have 3 to 4 lakhs left. But keep in mind, because of absence of hormones (LH,GFH,Estrogen, Progesterone),the normal ovarian function can never be carried out. Hope it helps.
