Lipase by emulsification converts fats into glycerol

pancreatic amylase
trypsin
lypase
their functions are-
pancreatic amylase-it changes starch into sugar.
trypsin-it helps in digestion of proteins.
lipase-it break down emulsified fats into fatty acids.
