there are many instances in which we see the transformation of energy usually we notice that the kinetic energy is being changed into the potential and then again the potential energy is changing into kinetic energy for example when we throw a ball upwards with the high speed the kinetic energy of the boy changes into potential energy in the potential energy increases in the kinetic energy becomes zero then the potential energy starts converting into kinetic energy and returns the ball to the original position who is she electric energy converted into heat energy and electric iron we sees electric energy converted into heat and into light energy in electric bulb
