The tissue responsible for Movement in our body is muscular tissue.

The muscular tissue or muscles of the body form the contractile tissue and are made of muscle cells.

Muscle cells are elongated & large in size , hence they are also called muscle fibres.

The movements of the body or limbs are brought about by contraction and the relaxation of contractile proteins which are present in muscle cells.

Muscle cells are arranged in parallel arrangement allowing them to work together effectively.
