Length is one of the most common and important units which has different measuring units.

In the SI system the unit of the length is metre.

But there are many other units of length which are bigger in numerical value than the one metre.

For example:

Kilometres, Lightyear etc.

Relationship between these units with metre:

1 km= 1000m

1 Lightyear= 9.461×10^15 m
