What type of clothes should we wear in summers?

We should wear cotton clothes in summer days to keep us cool & comfortable. Because in hot summer days we sweat more through the pores of our skin. Sweat is mainly water. Cotton clothes are good absorber of sweat , so cotton clothes absorb the Sweat produced on our skin quickly and expose it to the atmosphere for evaporation.
The evaporation of sweat from cotton clothes takes the latent heat of vaporization from our skin.

Hence, our skin loses heat and makes us feel cool and comfortable.
