Its actually deacceleration.
Acceleration= change in velocity/time(a=v1-v2/t)
80kmph=22.2m/s and 60 kmph= 16.6 m/s
a=(16.6-22.2)/5[Because velocity is dereasing]
a= -1.12 m/s^2.
