Describe the condition of the mariners as expressed in the thirteenth stanza.

in the 13th stanza it says that, the mariners were feeling thirsty and did not have water to quench their thirst. their tongues were also dry. they did not speak because they were afraid that their throats would get choked at the soot.

In this stanza, all ths mariners were feeling thirst and their tongues became dry, they were withered at the root. They were unable to speak, if they would speak then their throat would be choked due to soot.
