a healthy diet is the key to be fit.it makes you feel balanced and alert.eating healthy also prevents many health issues like-heart diseases,high blood presssure etc. a healthy diet also provides many nutrients to the body.it supports energy needs and provides for human nutrition.if you continue to eat food that is not healthy for your body ,you can be obessed and weak . so we should eat healthy food.
