Given : 3 + 2^x = (64)^{\frac{1}{2} }+(27)^{\frac{1}{3} }

It can be written as:

=> 3 + 2^x = (8^2)^{\frac{1}{2}}+(3^3)^{\frac{1}{3} }

=> 3 + 2^x = (8)+(3)

= > 3 + 2^x = 11

=> 2^x = 11 - 3

=> 2^x = 8

=> 2^x = 2^3

=> \boxed{x = 3}}

Hope this helps!
