From the statement given,

2121 is divisible by 33

\because∵ 21=3\times721=3×7

\Rightarrow ⇒ 2121 is also not prime

So, \neg \left( 21\epsilon P \right) \Lambda \neg \left( 3/21 \right) ¬(21ϵP)Λ¬(3/21)

=\neg false\Lambda \neg T=¬falseΛ¬T

=T\Lambda F=TΛF

=F=F

\therefore∴ the truth value of the statement is false.
