Answer:

Certainly correct

Explanation:

This would be definitely a win-win game for everybody. Since the ones who go abroad will be talented so will get exquisite positions there and the most convincing part, their talent would not be wasted  Moreover, while being there and using their talent, they can also earn a handsome amount of money which can be invested in his own homeland. The job opportunities will rise, he will flourish by working in other countries, his country will flourish by those created employment opportunities then the upcoming generations may be able to earn in their homeland and there would not be an employment problem for anyone. After the problem is solved, there will be two ways of people expressing their talent for the country:

  1. Individuals who will work in their motherland will directly profit them and the economy
  2. People working abroad will indirectly make their nation powerful.

In one way or another, the country will flourish but only if the people are loyal to their homeland

Thanks!
