Newton's Law of Gravitation:- This law states that every mass attracts the other mass and magnitude of the attraction or force of attraction on the other mass due to the first mass is directly proportional to product or masses and inversely proportional to square of distance between them.

Finally F ∝m ₁m ₂/ r ²

Newton's law of gravitation is also known as universal law of gravitation according to this law every object in this universe attract each other and the force acting between them is directly proportional to product of masses of objects and inversely proportional to square of distance between them.

D= distance

F ∝m1m2 (1)

F∝1/d^2. (2)

F∝m1m2/d^2

F= G m1 m2 / d^2

G=constant
