During evaporation process, the liquid change into its vapours by absorbing heat from their surroundings. Gradually, the molecules of liquid gains kinetic energy . Then , molecules go to the surface and then escape from it. Gradually, all molecules of liquid gained kinetic energy and escape from the surface. In this way , evaporation occurs.
