Hydrogen atom has 0 neutrons and oxygen atom also has 8 neutrons. So the total number is 0 + 8 =8 neutrons.

So water has molar weight of 18

18gm of H2O 1 mole

Then 36gm of H2O is 2 mole

1 mole includes 6.023×10^23 molecules

 in 36gm H2O

 then 2gm.mol or 2 mole H2O

 this gives 2 × 6.023×10^23 H2O molecules

= 2 × 6.023×10^23 × 10 neutrons.
