Why do the some leader's of brainly delete right answer just to gain point ?
Can any leader tell me the psychological reason behind this.

* Users please don't try to give answer it is not for you*

Please read my answer before reporting it , I know I am not leader ,still answered it ,if you don't like my answer you may report it...
I am not a leader still would answer.....
See , leaders too are bonded with some rules and regulations that they have to follow ....
They just don't come and delete your answers that are correct and even not copied ....
The other users sometimes get irritated with you, or your behaviour and as a revenge the report your answer , now the moderators are inclined to delete it ,they may also verify it and say your answer to be a proper one but just think those moderators who are apprentice means who are newly added , do you think they can do and manage everything properly.
There are many responsibilities ,so they sometimes miss their concentration and delete your answers ....
As they aren't God they toooooooooooo are human beings and to err is human......
Please don't always blame ....
Just think that it was pearl that fell into your hands but was of someone else and he grabbed it ......
You must not be dipressed .
Many a times it happened with me too but I never fought ,I just reminded them not to delete answers without verifying it properly.
Infact , I think it's the user's mischievousness which make moderators inclined ,......
Anyway according to brainly's rule,each and every answer is verified before deleting,may be you wrote too short answer , which wasn't appropriate for the audience ,or you posted spam answers , may be other users complaint about your answer , may be you answer somewhat similar to the answers of other websites.....
If not then believe in yourself and move ahead,there are many more question waiting for you....

We are moderators.
WE CONSOLE , WE DONT PUNISH.

Firstly, a LEADER will never delete any answer for no reason. There are always some reasons behind deletion of any question/answer/comment/account.

If the following are the conditions, then we delete the Content=>

• Content is against Anyone religion.
• Content contains vulgar content.
• Content contains spammed and copied content.
• Answer is too short to be considered valid.
• Answer isn't helping asker.
• Answer isn't helpful and any special ranker can provide a better answer, so we delete.
Afterall our motive is to give good content.


The main point is the last one, our motive is to provide good and Elaborated answers, if our answers can help anyone then I think there is no harm in deleting un-elaborated Answer.

Neither any Moderator or any other special ranker with special privileges delete correct answers. IF THEY DELETE, RIGHT AWAY , REPORT TO THE MODERATOR LEADER OR RISHILAUGH SIR OR ANY MODERATOR, YOU TRUST UPON.

Sometimes mistakes happens, we are humans too afterall, so in that case we return the user's content so he/she can copy and add the Answer again and we do apologize in this case.

Sometimes some Moderators aren't trained properly, so they may delete for no reason, in this case you should tell someone senior or any Moderator you trust upon and a Moderator who is experienced.

We are sorry if your any Answer is deleted for no reason. Yes, we get points for moderating, but we were a normal user too at some time, so we know the importance of answers and hardwork of people, we don't punish, we correct. We don't get any happiness by hurting anyone or deleting anyone's efforts.
