B Alliteration is used as, "lone and level" show the repetition of the letter "L".
A It describes the comparison of power of nature and power of man, a man, however powerful and rich, don't live any long. The Statue of the king is being scattered away in pieces, he was mighty and powerful and nsde the statue so that it withstand long to show his power. but in front of nature, it lasted no long.
