Nowdays I'm very short tempered and stressful ,how to hold on my temper and what to do to burst my stress ??

First of all... relax yourself by concentrating on ur breath.. Be calm... Meditate every day for 10-15 minutes .. Say OM 5-6 times.. This will release ur stress..

The most important thing is that you have to do MEDITATION
Mediation actually helps in relieve stress
The second thing is you need to be CALM
Think of something which can feel you better, have your feelings shared with your best friend
And THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK!
Also, try your best to change your mindset and talk softly and sort out!
