often people blow horns at the traffic signals.do u think that you are doing the right thing.how does it affect us?

People blow horns to aware the person who is in front of them but, it affects us very badly it can cause noise pollution and that can lead to dangerous disease like temporary or permanent hearing impairment , Hypertension ( which leads to other dangerous disease like-- heart disease) etc...
