r = d/2

perimeter = 2 x π x d/2 = πd

= d+(75/100) d

=175d/100

r = 175d/200

new perimeter = 2 x π x 175d/200

= 175πd/100

% increase in perimeter

= (175πd/100 - πd) x 100

= 0.75πd x 100

=75πd

i.e 75%
