<I><u>SP of the rocking chair = ₹987.

Loss on the chair = 6%.

Using<b> CP = {SP/(100-loss%) ×100}</b>

=₹{987/(100-6)×100}

= ₹(987/94×100)

=₹1050.

<b>Therefore CP of the chair is ₹1050.
