Delhi, 09th September: M.G Road witnessed the worst accident of the year today. A speeding bike made a head on collision with a school bus. The bike was coming from the wrong direction and hit the School Bus just as it was pulling out of the school gates. The driver of the bus and some of the students seated in front were severely injured as the driver abruptly jammed the brakes to avert the collision. All injured were taken to the nearest hospital by the school authority.
The bike riders were two teen-aged boys. They were both drunk and did not wear helmets. The front rider suffered from a fatal head injury while the boy at the back has a fractured leg. Both have been taken to the hospital. Police have registered a case of drunken driving against them.
