Explanation:

It is superr easy.

Just take the mother's age as x.

Girl age = X/2

Father age = x+5

x+x+5+x/2=100

2x+5+x/2=100

 \frac{4x  + x  +  10}{2}  = 100 \\  \frac{5x  +  10}{2}  = 100

5x+10 = 100×2

5x+10=200

5x=200-10

5x=190

x=190/5

x=38

Mother's age=38

Girl age = x/2 = 19

Father age = x+5= 43.
