And he tried for another but he failed and he tried of many other but no work was there but he did not lose his courage and did not give up he continued to look after the jobs. All of there neighbours said why are you doing this much efforts for a job you can work on my shop but the young man just a sentence the person who give up is a loser and I am not a loser. And at last he got the job and then he said all his neighbours that never be sacred from failure but we should learn from that.
moral - failure do not means the game over rather it means that try again with experience.

Once a smart looking young man visited the office to seek employment. The manager said there is no work the young man was disappointed. He asked the manager again but the manager disagreed.He then fluently showed the manager a part of the newspaper in which the advertisement for the need of employees for that company was given. The manager ,after seeing the paper was actually surprised as the advertisement asks for the employee interested for the job of manager and asked the man to wait at the reception. He( the manager ) went to his boss with astonishment and asked him whether his boss was not happy with his job. Suddenly, he saw a wink on the face of his boss and asked him why he is smiling.The boss replied that it was his time to get retired as he is going to be of the age of 60. The manager was the oldest employee in the office and forgot that his 60th birthday was arriving. He ,now ,understood and asked him about the young man who visited the office to seek employment. The boss told him to ask the man to give his job interview. The manager happily went down and told the young man about the job interview. After the interview the boss claimed the young man as the new manager of the office and the old manager happily retired.
