once there is a small kingdom called yuki it is been ruled by wise king the king said everything he had with the people but only if they follow these three conditions they are
1.None of the people should go to another country.
2.No one should grow their beards
or moustaches including the king. And they shouldn't touch their moustaches.
3.All the people in the kingdom should get their moustaches cutted by only one specific barber in the kingdom.

If they didnt do so they'll be hanged.
How did the barber manage to live in the kingdom???

are the rules said no one could grow beards and moustaches the king in the country so good about did not have any moustaches and beards to cut so he survived to live in the kingdom

Maybe cuz he somehow cut the moustaches without touching it himself. Maybe he wore gloves?
