hi mate

here's your answer

let the two digits of the two digit number be x and y

Therefore

10x + y = 8(x+y) + 1

10x + y = 8x + 8y + 1

2x - 7y = 1

10x + y = 13(x-y) + 2

10x + y = 13x - 13y + 2

-3x + 14y = 2

Now solve the eqn

-3x + 14y = 2

4x - 14y = 2

On adding it we get

x = 4

Substituting the value of x in an equation to get the value of y

2*4 - 7y = 1

8 - 7y = 1

-7y = -7

y = 1

Hence, the number is 41.

Therefore 1+8(4+1)=41

and 2+13(4-1)=41

hope this helps you
