that one bulb glows brighter than the other ones which has a larger assistant as because of the bulb in a house have a parallel series connection which give them equal voltage but sometimes the equal voltage may not or does not spread equally among all the series and so any man of the series got more wallpapers as compared to the another series and this only let the brighter glow of bulb as compared to another bulb and if the bulb which glow brighter does not have large assistant then the bulb may get fuse

This can be because other bulb have large resistance, it means the electricity flowing through its filament will be less due resistance oppose the flow of it.

And due to less electricity it cannot glow as bright as the other.
