there are total 26 red cards ,4kings in which there are two red kings
let Abe the event that card drawn is red and B be the event taht card drawn is king
now,
P(A)=P(red card)=26/52=1/2
P(B)=P(king)=4/52=1/13
P(A intersect B)=P(both red and king)=2/52=1/26
P(either red or king)=P(AUB)=P(A)+P(B)-P(AintersectB)=1/2+1/13-1/26=(13+2-1)/26=14/26=7/13

2)there are 13 club cards
so,P(a club)=13/52=1/4
