\huge\boxed{Answer:}

Horses have 4 legs and Humans have 2 legs

number of heads:76

number of legs:196

let there be x humans and y horses

x + y = 74

x = 74 - y

and

2x + 4y = 196

putting the value of x

2(74 - y) + 4y = 196

148 + 2y = 196

2y = 48

y = 24

putting the value of y in first equation,

x + y = 74

x = 74 - 24

x = 50

hence,

number of horses=24

number of humans=50
