probability that Child completes the puzzle within 4 minutes  = 9/100 = 0.09

probability that Child takes more than 20 minutes  = (12 + 6)/100 = 18/100 = 0.18

probability that Child takes 9 to 16 minutes  = ( 16 + 30)/100 = 46/100  = 0.46

13 - 16 is Modal class highest frequency 30

13-16 median class  (100/2 = 50 lies in 32 to 62)

as median & mode both  are in 13 - 16 class

hence estimated mean is in 13 - 16

approx 14.5
