the remainder will be 3 times smaller find the number

✔ let the no be x
✔then 2nd no =5x


ATQ---------
5x-18=3(x) (where larger no is 5x and smaller no is x)
⚽️ 5x=3x+18
⚽️ 5x-3x=18
⚽️ 2x=18
⚽️ x=18÷2
⚽️ x=9

✔smallest no = x i.e. 9
✔and largest no is 5×9=45
