One of the lessons the poem 'The road not taken' teaches us the importance of making the best use of time and opportunity. Describe how time and opportunity once lost cannot be reclaimed. Also explain the effects of losses have on the quality of our lives.

The lesson 'the road not taken' teaches us the importance of making the best use of time and opportunity as when the poet came accross the two roads, he made the decision of chosing the second road in th right time. Because of his correct decision, he became a very famous poet. May be if he had choosen the first road, he could not become as famous as he is today or if he would have made the decision after the time passes, the decision would of no use. So, by this we can say that this lesson teaches us the importance of making best use of opportunity in the right time.
