μ = 4/3

From the relation c = f λ (in air)

Frequency of light in air $f_{\sf air}=\sf \dfrac{c}{\lambda _{air}}$

$f_{\sf air}=\sf \dfrac{3\times 10^{8}}{6600\times 10^{-10}}$

$f_{\sf air}=\sf 4.54\times 10^{14}\:Hz$
