In most business organisations, especially those that are progressive, the command structure and system is such that the superior asks his subordinates to do sensible things in a rational way in the interest of the organisation and themselves. Irrational behaviour or office orders that do not make sense will not be followed, especially in the long run. This could lead to strikes, gheraos etc. which would be detrimental to the organisation.
