the fast car slow down if it's engine is switched off because when it's engine is switched off its motor is also turned off so it's stops this happens because when when moving car is switched off frictional force acts upon it and car stops

Well it's not necessary that when you switch off your cars engine then only it slow down.If you just not accelerate your car then also it will slow down though engine is on.Simple, wheels of the cars continuously spins because when you are accelerating engine spins a pipe which is connected to wheels.Like a fan when you switch on a fan the motor inside fan starts spinning, spinning that pipe connected to fan blades.Same principle here but a big pipe and big motor and fast spinning. So if you stop giving information to engine i.e. when you stop accelerating or you switch off engine, engine will not rotate motor and then pipe will not rotate and wheel will slowly slowly slow down because of no force acting on wheels to spin.
