According to the Lewis - bronsted theory we know that ....the 〽⤵⤵LONE PAIR DONERS ARE THE GOOD BASE .....So here we can see that ......In the Aniline the〽⤵⤵ LONE PAIR of the NH2 group goes under resonance in the phenyl group .....But where as in the second group ...the 〽↖⤵⤵THE LONE PAIR OF THE NITROGEN COMPOUND IS PRESENT ...THUS IT IS A GOOD BASE .....
2) 〽⤵⤵OPTION b) ....that bond of the C - Cl is weaker because ...while giving the substitution reaction this Cl will easily leave as the leaving group and the 〽⤵⤵a) Compound has good + I effect and resonance effect Thus it has strong bond .....
