other country the judiciary the legislature and the executive are the three essential organs of government but the judiciary has been kept separate from the two why is the necessary to keep the judiciary separate from the other two ?

Because different countries have there different low like in our country we have total democracy country. in Dubai there have prince low.in North Korea there have Prine rule so depending on the geographical regions according to the country there have different rule to taking out or in judiciary
