Out of final and intermediate goods which r inside or outside the boundary lines of production?

ANSWER:

  1. final goods are the goods which are added in the GDP value or final value. whereas, intermidiate goods are the goods which are not included in GDP.
  2. Final goods are outside the boundry line of production as they are completely produced(final products).whereas, intermidiate goods are inside the boundry line of production as they are used as raw material for other products.
  3. eg:-

final goods -> cake

intermediate goods -> sugar
