Out of K(19) and Ca(20) which has higher second ionisation enthalpy and why?

Potassium has higher 2nd I.E because after losing 1 electron from the outermost shell it forms a noble gas configuration,hence high stability.Therefore it is very difficult for it to lose one more electron.Whereas in the case of Ca it can form divalent cation.
