Step 1: The customer browses through the web or through pamphlets which showcase the products for selling.

Step 2: The customer orders the products which he wants to buy, this may be done through ordering online or via telephonic call, etc.

Step 3: When the order is placed, the mail is chosen as the option which will be used for delivery purposes.

Step 4: When the delivery comes you either give credit card payment/debit card payment or payment by cash. Payment could have even be done by online banking, but its up to the customer what they choose during the time of order.
