The process involves following steps :
Shearing → Grading → Sorting →Cleaning → Scouring → Carding → Spinning → Weaving → Finishing.
Sheep are sheared then fleece is broken up according to the quality and sorted into sections according to quality. As wool id directly taken from sheep is dirty and it is then cleaned during scouring rollers remove excess water from it then during carding it is straightened then fibers are spinned to form a thread. Now wool yarn is woven into fabric and at the end finishing process is done.
