Prithvi Nath Dhar - P N Dhar was a great Economist, professor Emeritus and author.  He was the advisor for Mrs Indira Gandhi when she was the PM.  He was the head of the secretariat.

He founded Delhi School of Economics.  He received Padma Vibhushan.
