Given,

p(x)=x^3 + 1

So , p(2) = 2^3 + 1  

             = 8 + 1

             = 9

Also, p(-2) = (-2)^3 + 1

               = -8 + 1

               = -7

Therefore, p(2) - p(-2) = 9 - (-7)

                                  = 9 + 7

                                  = 16
