 {p}^{3}  +  {q}^{3}  =  {(p + q)}^{3} - 3pq(p + q)
Now we have,
p+ q = 10
and pq = 9

Substitute for them in above equation and you'll get:

 {10}^{3}  - 3(9)(10) \\  = 1000 - 270 \\  = 730


So, the solution of your question is 730.
