When you work under an unkind master, workplace becomes like hell.
Even if you obey all the orders correctly the unkind master will never be satisfied from your performance.
This demotivates you as a human being and you cannot concentrate on your work properly.
You feel like running away from that workplace and keep searching for alternative opportunities.

Obeying orders is not at all pleasurable for anyone; even for me.
If the master is not a kind hearted one then it worsen the feeling.
The worst experience I’ve had when I was commanded to finish a task without any clue how to do it.
It seems that an unkind master does not understand the pain of his subordinate.
