diameter of the wheel is 36"
so the redius will be 36/2 = 18"
we know that the circumference of a circle is equal to 2 x pi x r
2 x (22/7) X 18
this circumference will be the distance covered by the will after a rotation of 180 degree
now through unitary method you can easily find what would be the distance covered by the will after 62 degree rotation
