PCI of rich countries is given as US dollar 12616 ? what if a country has us$ 12617 as PCI?
Will it be considered as rich or poor?

It will be considered as a rich country because here it is given that countries with us$12616 r comes in rich category and you r asking here that country having us$12617 as PCI then I am dam sure about it that it must be comes in the category of rich country.
